A 9-month leadership program for 10–12 participants (ages 18–24) focused on Indo-Pacific affairs through a Hawaiian lens. The program includes monthly meetings with senior-level speakers, a required research paper with a Hawai‘i/Indo-Pacific foreign policy focus, and one or two Honolulu-based programs. The program starts the week of October 26, 2026.
